The Speaker added a Finance Committee referral for the following:                                                               
                                                                                                                                
    HOUSE BILL NO. 49                                                                                                           
    "An Act relating to corporations, including benefit corporations,                                                           
    and other entities; and providing for an effective date."                                                                   
                                                                                                                                
HB 49 was removed from the Rules Committee and referred to the                                                                  
Finance Committee.
